My dear Beatrice,

Incredibly strange, amazing and wonderful happenings are taking place. As a result, I now understand much, much more.

This week my finger nails grew at least the length of my fingers and then all fell out, they are coming back thicker and stronger now. My hair went white overnight on Monday, red on Tuesday and now back to white, some of my teeth have fallen out while others are getting bigger and sharper.  My feet are looking more like hands today, my big toes have relocated further down my feet and look more like thumbs. My strength is returning, my eyesight is improving and my back is getting very hairy.

I dreamed last night that I hunted a mammoth armed only with a spear. I brought it down with my first shot. Quaggas were abundant on these amazing, endless plains surrounded by the most vivid blue sky that I have ever seen. I have a very strong hunger for bananas.

The strangest thing - A tattoo has mysteriously appeared across the palms of my hands. I can only see it when I interlock my fingers. When I let my hands unlock, the tattoo disappears. It is an instruction diagram for the device. The device looks relatively simple but is extremely powerful. It uses science not known by me. I know now that it is a navigation device and it will guide me to a part of the world that nobody knows exists. Q must know something because the key that he secretly passed to me operates the device.

When Thaddeus, Reginald & Chaos arrive, they will break me out of the tower and we can escape with help from the device. I hope they bring bananas! Great news, Montgomery is also on his way. I only hope that Eleven does not interfere. You must pursue him. They are near Beatrice, they are very near. If you can’t get me to the mountain, you must deliver the mountain to me! Hurry Beatrice.

You may not hear from me now for a while dear. I hope not too long.

fromage dans votre oreille

Laughing spiders rising up

Arachnoscending us to sup

Hunt in absence of the sun

Beware, the poison of their tongue

Razor worms plotting underground

Flesh and blood in us abound

Drill from beneath through covered sole

Burrow their way in to your soul

Dragonflyes descend in swarms

No escape from hissing forms

Attacking us with poison darts

That pierce our broken bleeding hearts
